DAY 10 - LOSING A CHIN

I felt good today. Really good. Mainly because when I woke up, my body felt different, my clothes fit better...and that sneaky double chin finally f&*ked straight off. It's always a good day when you lose a chin. 

No one is more critical of your body than you. You will always notice every single imperfection, every insecurity, every everything. But this morning? This morning I was like, "Yas Kristen Yaaaaaassss". Even my husband was like, "Whoa babe...nice stomach."  It's hard to keep on an exercise routine when you don't know how long it'll be before you notice anything. But the first time you do...you'll be hooked.

I know no one is working out with me, but I've had 4 friends tell me that they were inspired by me working out, so they decided to get off their asses and do something. Soooo that was pretty cool.

My homemade pizza with reduced balsamic sauce
Trader Joes Whole Wheat Dough - $1.19
Trader Joes Pizza Sauce - $1.99 (I use like 1/4th of the can)
Organic Shredded Mozzarella - $3.99 for the bag (I use 1/3 the bag)
Dash of Gorgonzola Cheese
Toppings: Gourmet Pepperoni, 4 dates, red onions, jalapeños

SNACK
Glass of J Lohr Mmmmmmm
Fresh Mozzarella
Handful of Trader Joes Woven Wheat Wafers
