DAY 12 - BODY SHAMED

I love ab workouts. Mainly the part where you get to lay on the ground...and not sweat very much. But ya, I could work out my abs all day. I definitely have noticed a postpartum shift in my muscles. Feels like my insides have relocated to different positions than before. I watched back the first 5 minutes of my live stream and for some reason whenever I inhale, you can see my entire rib...and it looks like i have absolutely no intestines or like...anything at all in my torso. I couldn't stop staring. I was like...what the hell is going on with my core? Who knows...maybe it's always been like that, I've just never watched myself do a sit up. All I know is...it was weird. But I'll blame the baby. Here's a freeze frame of what I'm talking about. Anyone else's body do this? I'm legit weirded out by it all lol

Right after my workout, my husband informed me that he didn't think my running shorts were appropriate for my live stream. My running shorts... that have shorts, under the shorts...so like even if it shifts, you can only see another set of shorts, well bloomers...Ya he said that between all the grunting, suggestive poses and my shorts "that revealed my inner thigh muscles lines"...that he thought the whole thing was sexually suggestive and probably dudes would jerk off to it. So then I had to inform him what body shaming and victim blaming was. It was a lovely Sunday morning chat. But I guess, I'm happy he cares???
