DAY 14 - STRETCHY

Today was just stretching. Nothing fancy. I actually did my own stretch workout because I don't think the Ultimate Stretch Flex does much and he doesn't hold the stretches long enough for me. Although next time? I gotta play some music. The dead air was awkward. Tell you what...nothing like a good stretch. Hurts so good.
