DAY 15 - MAKING MY OWN WORKOUT

Today was great. I actually feel kinda sore, so maybe going up in weights did something. My lower back, calves and shoulders feel very sore, which is always nice because you know it's working. But this whole thing got me thinking...I've been working out my whole life. I was a competitive swimmer since the age of 5. I've done every workout in and across the universe. You name it, I've done it. From personal trainers to Bollywood Dance Aerobics, it's been done. There's not a Billy Blanks dvd unwatched, hip hop aerobics class not taken, or pilates studio unvisited. I've been an exercise junkie my whole life. 

I know the exercises, I know the muscle groups, I know exactly what to do, to get the body I want. So why the hell am I doing somebody else's workout? Don't get me wrong, I love UFC FIT. It's epic...and Mike Dolce is amazing, but at the end of the day it's just a bunch of squats, lunges and cardio. There's extra workouts for areas I don't want...and not enough of the places I do. I'm a chick...we want toned arms, lean thighs and abs. So as I finish the UFC over the next 9 weeks, I'm going to develop my own workout program. Not for money...just for free. Once they're done, I'll put them up on YouTube and go through the whole program just like I'm doing now and live stream it. So this should be fun...I'm really excited to put it all together. So many exercise I love...So so many

I'm trying to decide between calling it "Buns, Guns and Mums" or "MILF = Man I love Fitness" lol

I finished the cookie dough ice cream. Doh! I gotta find a better night time snack.
