DAY 16 - FEELING STRONGER

I've begun to notice that my self esteem is shifting. I've been wearing more revealing clothing, tighter clothing...without actually meaning to. My skin has cleared up and there's a bit of a glow. I know its beyond cliche to say, but exercise really is the best medicine. Feels like night and day from 3 weeks ago.
