DAY 3 - I DID A BAD BAD THING

So I did a thing..I decided to Facebook Live Stream my workout. Why? I guess I feel like every time I go to workout, I don't wanna have to think about it and create a workout. I just want to show up, know the other person has done their homework...and have them tell me what to do to get rid of jiggle arms and muffin top. And I wanna do it every single day. Not watch a video podcast that's once a week and do the same tired routine over and over. I want a personal trainer in my living room every day...for free. #Millenial

So I did the research...and I'm working out live hoping just maybe I'm helping someone else out there who's looking for the same thing. A daily workout. No frills. And if you can't watch it live, that's fine...Facebook saves the videos so you can do it later at your own convenience. Just look in my videos section. I only realized today people can comment as I go, so I'll try and respond to those as I go tomorrow because...we'll it's 2016 and this is the world we live in now lol

I don't have a perfect ponytail, make up ready face, tiny sport bra and matching yoga pants. What you'll see is me in my pj's from the night before, messy bun and a very red face. What you'll see is a normal person and what it looks like when a normal person works out. You'll see boob sweat, you'll see 3 dogs in and out of frame...and you'll see my baby tugging at my leg and climbing on my stomach. But if you're at home wanting to work out, you can tune in and do my imperfect workout with me.

I actually had a good time doing it today. I was stressed because the lighting was bad, my camera died, my computer died and everything was just going ...well as per usual... But it was nice feeling like I wasn't alone. It was nice talking as I did it and trying to find the humor. Made the time go quicker. Also...it keeps me accountable. If I miss a day, other people miss a day. 

I learned a lot when I watched it back, so hopefully tomorrow will be better. And days where Anthony can help out, will be even better. No baby distractions. I'm still sore as all hell. I ate a lot today and I'm going to be in bed as soon as this baby goes to sleep. See you in the morning. Or grab a beer like my friend Mike did, and have fun laughing at me ;)

No Snack :/ As soon as I finished my live stream, I realized Killian's 10 month check up appt was in 30 minutes, so I left the house...nasty and sweaty, with no snack.

LUNCH
I did a bad bad thing. So after a 2 hour appt...I was headed home. It was almost 1PM and I hadn't eaten since 7:30. I was shaking I was so hungry. Of course Killian decided to fall asleep in the car, so once we got home I was gonna have to take him inside and nurse him back to sleep and it'd be at least another 30 minutes before I could eat. It was just one of those moments where your body is like NOPE...eat now. What to do? Well I did something I'm not proud of, but won't apologize for. I did something I haven't done in over 8 years...I went to McDonalds. I know. I actually almost lied on my blog, because I was so ashamed, but then I saw the header GET REAL MOM...and I was like shit... So ya...I ate at the golden arches. It was right by my house, had my food in 3 minutes, and ate in the car without waking the beast. I ordered a 6 pc McNugget Might Kids Meal. It came with a small fry, sweet and sour sauce, small milk and apple slices (that's new). And I got some weird toy that my dogs are obsessed with. 

And it was delicious. 

I ate in the car, then quietly cut Killians fingernails and toenails, brought him in and got him back to sleep. All was well with the world. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Cheers McDonalds. I was totally loving it! <3

And yay! He's 10 months today ;)
