DAY 6 - I SHOWED UP

If there was ever a day I didn't want to work out...it was today. I was so tired. So, so so tired. God I miss the days of sleeping in. No agenda, no responsibilities. The days where you sleep too much and get groggy because you're overtired? Ya lol I wish I had known I would never get those days again. So waking up and doing a cardio workout? Blah

But I showed up...that is all
