DAY 8 - CHASE DAT POKEMON

I will never get use to cardio. It's so damn hard to push myself to a level where I burn fat. Like back in ancient times, people ran because people were chasing them...or they were chasing animals for food...or like animals were chasing them for food. People ran because they needed to. They didn't need motivation to run fast, they were running for their lives. Maybe treadmills need to be more interactive, like you're chasing Pokemon...or zombies. Cuz apparently that's really getting people off their asses these days. 

I lost steam in the last 10 minutes of working out...I think I need to eat more.

FOOD

BREAKFAST
Skipped breakfast, which is probably why I didn't have much energy near the end of my workout.

SNACK
A few small cherry plums.

LUNCH
3 eggs scrambled
2 trader joes potato pancakes
8 small strawberries

SNACK
Dried Mango

DINNER
Chicken
Cauliflower Rice, Onions, Soy Sauce (tasted just like chicken fried rice)

SNACK
Glass of delicious wine
Fresh Mozzarella
Handful of Crackers
Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Balsamic Vinegar
